John and his team unrolled the red carpet for me in every aspect of the business. Whether it be questions past closing time or concerns with my tenants/property, they are always available to help and very responsive! (that is a big one for me). Ivan Dranowsky1 StarMoved in January 2023 and issues with plumbing and foundation prior were never addressed. Multiple tenant service issues on portal were closed immediately and never taken care of. Then I reported it to code compliance and was told to move out because the house was going to be without plumbing and water. All of a sudden they want to fix things that was known prior to renting out. No communication or solutions; nothing but excuses ..John Estrada (manager) plans he never knew the extent of issues..Saturday 13th May 2023

They are extremely responsive, maintain and service my property as if it were their own, give great advice, use affordable and experienced contractors for repairs, and do their due diligence to ensure the property remains occupied. I had some reservation about leasing my property as opposed to selling after my move. Had I known All County Alamo was going to make it this easy, I wouldn't have thought twice.
