Chad is simply the best you can hope for in today's market. From day one there was a relaxing air about him that set our jittery nerves at ease considering the entire process is very stressful! Chad promised to get us top dollar and sell our house quickly, as well as suggesting a program through Homeward to give us up-front buying power and get into our dream home without contingency offers and losing out in a competitive sellers market.
