We recently rented from Clark Realty while our house is being built. Jason was extremely professional and made sure everything was in line for us to move in. I’ve used him to purchase a house previously and he was great. Everyone in the office was attentive when we picked up our keys. Their online service is perfect for us because we’re so busy. I’ve rented a lot through the years and so far Clark Realty is definitely at the top of my list.

This realty has been very good to us. We haven’t had any major problems with them. The few times we’ve had to put in a work order, they sent someone out that next day. Susan is great. She was very patient, and answered any questions that I had. It definitely made anything I was worried about easier.

Do Not rent from this place, they will scam you from the beginning of your lease all the way through the end. Whole time you keep paying to switch out the ac filters they never do. Paid them 2500 just as a deposit, and at the end they kept it and try to charge you for their remodeling. You can keep the home looking great and yet they'll still charge you to replace the carpet and never replace it. Lived there two years and it was a mad house toward the end. Definitely don't suggest anyone to waste their time.

As a military family they stepped in and were really helped us in a time crunch to find a place. Prices Are great house was clean with no issue. Dawn is so helpful and wonderful

They ONLY reason I'm giving this company such a high rating is because of Susan, the receptionist. She's always so kind and compassionate. She's always eager to help and get answers that I need. The only other person in this office that has been remotely helpful is Dawn. I don't know anyone else's name, though I've spoken to many of them. Nobody seems to care. Nobody wants to help. I can never get the answers I need in one phone call. I always have to drive up to the office and be the kind of person I hate to deal with as a customer service representative myself. That's the only way I get the info I need. But Susan and Dawn are wonderful.
