Tim’s knowledge of the local market and ability to price it well ended up with over 30 showings in two days and an offer for asking price. For the purchase of our new home, Tim worked diligently with the seller, who was selling their property on their own for the first time, to negotiate a price that was fair and acceptable with all parties.
