When I started my house hunting journey (3rd house I've bought), I reached out to my usual realtor and she referred me to Eric because she was taking a sabbatical. I was nervous to work with someone new who didn't know my sense of humor when house hunting. HOWEVER, Eric exceeded my expectations. He quickly caught on to my my "weird" reviews of houses (1. hmmm, 2. well it's not horrible, 3. Huh) and knew how to navigate my craziness and help me find the perfect home. We saw a LOT of houses together and I'm grateful that he took the time to get so many houses on our lists and was extremely patient when we'd walk in a house and walk back out 3 minutes later, because it wasn't the one.
