The receptionist is very helpful and gets things started quickly. All of the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable of our tax issues. There was ample parking with handicap accessibility. An appointment is recommended and mask are mandatory. My refund was greater than I thought it would be and I received it in a timely manner. very happy with the service of this H&R Block and I highly recommend it.

Going on my second year with y'all and I have referred 2 new people this year to talk with Katherine in the Bandera HR center! She been great and getting paperwork done and I am all about files. For the past 3 years H&R Block in Bandera, Tx has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our returns. Last year they worked extremely hard to save us money. This year they worked remotely with us and provided us with just the same amount of courtesy and knowledge.
