Yazel Ramirez1 StarMy bestfriend just called to try and get some information and help as she is going to be a new resident in San Antonio and we spoke with a lady named Diane who told us to just get on realtor.com to look for rentals. We asked if there was anyone there to help us she just said no. Did not assist in anyway possible. Very disappointing!Monday 12th April 2021

I would highly recommend her to any homeowner searching for a property management company or to any prospective tenant looking for a rental property. She did everything quick and helped me in every way she could. She was able to get in a home super fast and took a huge load off my shoulders! We rented a house from Jack Biegger for 6 years. Within those 6 six years, we experienced bad customer service from the property manager Sonya. Her communication skills and customer service was well below average. The way she spoke to me as if I were a child was horrible. The owner isn't much better in my opinion either. Being a tenant for six years and 1 late payment, the way we were treated towards the end was horrible. I'm thankful we bought a house and don't have to deal with rentals and landlords anymore. I personally would not recommend Jack Biegger.Sunday 30th September 2018
