We're a military family that decided to buy sight unseen in San Antonio from out of country, and we were pretty lost on how the whole process worked when we weren't local. I've interviewed a few recommended realtors, but all of them wanted me to sign a realtor agreement before even speaking with me beforehand, or discouraged me from buying due to our price point. Speaking with Johnny was a breath of fresh air due to him being more than willing to answer my questions virtually, and he was more concerned with getting to know us and our wants and needs as homebuyers before anything. He's super informed on the local areas, family friendly districts, and the team he works with on VA Lending is phenomenal! It was such a smooth process from start to finish, and we wouldn't have been able to accomplish it without Johnny and his team. He went out of his way to check out all the developments we were interested in, took all the pictures and videos, kept consistent communication throughout with us. We were able to close and receive our keys upon arrival!! Thank you again, Johnny.
