My wife and I have known Laura Biles for many years, and recently worked with her for a land purchase in Guadalupe County, a pretty good distance from her home and office. She was more than willing to work with us despite that distance, and was absolutely professional throughout the entire transaction. She has also been very helpful with another family member recently with a home purchase. I would be more than willing to work with Laura again in the near or distant future.

Wow! Several friends told us to sell our home on our own and save the commission during this hot housing market, we are so glad we didn’t follow their advice! Laura Biles was our listing agent and suggested a price far above what we would have ever known to list. She was professional, ethical and courteous. She gave us some selling tips, staged our home, brought in a professional photographer and had set up several agents to see the home pre-sale. Needless to say, our home sold immediately for top dollar. I would highly recommend Laura and Kuper/Sotheby’s in Boerne.

We listed with him, but then his wife became very ill and he turned our account over to Amy Dutton. We were nervous about working with someone else, but Amy quickly put our fears to rest. Run from this place. They have zero integrity and are only after a commission. Amy Dutton there employee could care less about anything other than making a sell. I have bought and sold over 30 properties in my life and have never dealt with people like this.

Sorry but while I have a disdain for most real estate agents, I really disdain incompetent ones (or about 75%). This office recently scheduled a showing for Mark Bukowski to view our beautiful ranch house and then the guy never showed up or tried to call and change/cancel the appointment. That's not professional, hence, the poor rating.
