I found Mark Dalton when looking move my family from Utah to buy a house near San Antonio. I’ve worked with several realtors in the past, but Mark outshined them all and really gave us an excellent experience. It’s one thing to go house hunting with an agent, but buying from out of state and doing all communications virtually is an entirely different perspective. He was on top of everything! I don’t usually write many reviews, but this guy deserves it. If you’re looking for someone that truly cares and will go out of their way to help find what you want then I’d HIGHLY recommend Mark Dalton as your real estate agent. Mark is one heck of a realtor!! House sold in less that a day over asking price. He was very attentive like I was his only client, yet I know he multiple people he was working with. He kept me informed every step of the way and when I had questions, he always responded promptly. I have already sent his information to other people looking to sell. I had a great buying experience with Mark. With me being out of state, it was not easy finding homes that I wanted to buy and have the confidence to even put in the offer. Mark worked tirelessly to zero-in on properties that met my needs, all while I was not present in-person, he took photos, provided with virtual tours, showed around the neighborhood, shared comps, introduced me to the area and advised me on so many things that I felt confident to even close the deal while being completely remote. Eventually, when I could make the trip, he spent substantial amount of time to take me around and make sure I am completely comfortable. I wouldn’t have it any other way when it comes to these big purchases. Mark, I have said this before, but I do really greatly appreciate your help and professionalism.
