My wife and I bought our first house with Matt as our Realtor. We had a very good experience. Matt was patient and flexible as we went about viewing several properties. He helped guide us through the process of picking the right house for us. When it came time to offer on the house he demonstrated his ability to negotiate by getting us a lower price and seller concessions. He was always very fast at getting paperwork done or returning calls/texts. We were able to close in just 30 days. After closing he helped us move some of our stuff to the new house using his truck and he has also been thoughtful by continuing to keep in touch after the sale. I will definitely be choosing Matt again in the future.
