Melanie is the best realtor I've had the pleasure of working with! She's helped us to both buy and sell. She was able to get us top dollar on our home and more than we ever thought possible. And the home we purchased, she was able to find for us off market because of her connections, so we weren't up against a major bidding war in this crazy market. She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and her communication is bar none. We will continue to work with her for all of our real estate needs and happy to now call her a friend!

I cannot say enough about our experience working with Melanie Esqueda! Melanie was a delight to work with start to finish in the search of our home. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, but she took inventory of the things we wanted in our home and surrounding area that really helped us dial down a few neighborhoods quickly. Melanie carefully considered our checklist items and consistently showed us homes that met our long list of criteria. We were new to the area, so not only did we have several questions about each home, but we had a ton of questions about the area as well. Melanie was so patient and had such a great attitude it made the entire process so much more enjoyable and less stressful. She was very responsive, so if we had a question late at night, or found a listing we wanted to see, she was quick to reply/set up a viewing that day! We never felt like were left in the dark. Melanie went above and beyond to find us the perfect home, and she certainly delivered! We searched for weeks/months but she remained diligent, and I am thankful for her dedication to finding us exactly what we wanted. Due to the tight market/low inventory, Melanie worked hard proactively in neighborhoods high on our list. She was able to find a home/seller (that was not actively on the market), and we came to agreement on a price/contract. Since we were relocating from another state, the purchasing/negotiating/contract processes were quite different for us, but with her guidance we were easily able to navigate. Melanie remained very professional (and patient - I can't tell you this enough) throughout the negotiating/closing process and we now have a dream home. Bottom line, have great confidence in working with Melanie….we highly recommend! Thank you, Melanie, for all that you have done. We are blessed to have had the opportunity to work with you. And even more blessed to now be great friends with you and your family!

Man, where do I start? First, Melanie doesn’t act like a typical realtor. She is like your close personal friend who is going to make sure you’re taken care of along the journey of buying or selling your home. Second, she’s honest. She doesn’t tell you what you want to hear. She tells you what you need to hear - the truth. And sometimes that means walking away from a property you thought you loved…but turns out it has major issues you can’t or shouldn’t take on. Third, she’s so kind. I can’t tell you enough good things about this woman!!
