There are many real estate agents, I’m glad I found a real estate pro. I recently had the opportunity to work with Melissa when I relocated to New Braunfels. Being new to the area I relied heavily on Melissa’s knowledge of the town and surrounding communities to understand the “lay of the land.” Melissa listened carefully to my list of wants and needs and helped me navigate this challenging market. I really appreciated her business like approach to house hunting. Well organized and driven, Melissa found the balance between my budget and dreams. Melissa’s communication is clear and concise, buying a home is not something you do often, and she helped me understand the real estate terms and jargon allowing me to feel comfortable making these decisions. Melissa was amazing . At first we were reluctant to walk into a real estate office because we were nervous about being the victim of an over zealous sales person who would not allow us to take the time we needed to get to know the neighborhoods etc. That was the complete opposite experience we had with Melissa at Keller- Williams. She was helpful and answered all our questions honestly. Melissa took a tremendous amount of time showing us properties within our price point the week we came to visit. She was patient and always available to answer all the questions we had, even after hours .Once we found our home she was tremendously helpful because we were relocating and not always available to be there for the inspections etc.But she was. She guided us through every step of the way. The entire experience has been a pleasure and I am very thankful to Melissa and can’t recommend her enough.!!
