Don't look more if you're looking for a realtor. We were an out of state purchase moving to San Antonio, we had over 30 contracts done in a very short time frame due to how hot the market was but Mike never had issues with submitting another contract or with helping us gauge at new options within our specifications. We would call him at all times because I had a funky schedule and couldn't call at traditional work hour times and when he should of been relaxing he was answering the phone, answering questions and helping develop the plan for the next offer if our previous one wasn't accepted. Mike is very knowledgeable, knows how to negotiate and can help guide you all the way from start to finish, hard recommend and I know I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
