We were so fortunate to have been referred to Lorna Gentz when we were looking to move to New Braunfels. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from Los Angeles to look at homes and gave us good advise. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Lorna was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. She showed us what Texas hospitality is really like. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

I ABSOLUTELY recommend Kimberly Brandsma as your agent! Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper has done an amazing job with having Kim as my agent. She has definitely gone above and beyond for me knowing that building a home can be very daunting and not to mention one of the scariest life experiences anyone could have. She has sooooooo much knowledge and with her experience in the market, she was able to communicate with my builder to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. She was also very present... literally when I couldn't be there. She also gave me excellent suggestions which I took in hiring a 3rd party inspector to have that extra set of eyes and I must say, it was really worth it. I don't think that my testimonial really expresses how my experience with Kim really was but... if you are looking for a new home or looking to build and want a peace of mind, an amazing experience and want an agent that will look out for your best interest, you better ask for Kimberly Brandsma!
