Nova Stephenson is the absolute best! I highly recommend her for your home buying needs. Relocating to a new city can be a task in itself. Doing that during COVID and then deciding to build a home presented even greater challenges. Nova did a fabulous job explaining my options and guiding me through the home-building process in general. She is super accessible and very responsive to customer needs and requests. In addition to sharing helpful "tips and tricks" she also served as a buyer's advocate from beginning to end. She knows her business, inside and out. Aside from delivering as my realtor, she also is now someone whom I consider a friend. On more than one occasion, we toured the town or participated in local events which helped me learn my city and meet new neighbors. These gestures were totally unexpected but truly appreciated. Nova was absolutely amazing - hands down best option we could have made for our out of state relocation to Texas! Not only was her availability (both virtually and while in town) a huge plus, but each interaction was above and beyond our expectations. She made it a point to calibrate with exactly what we wanted, even though that was clearly a moving target and no easy task. We will be recommending her to any/everyone with any needs in the greater San Antonio area that is looking for the best service possible.
