We worked with Brittney Hilburn as our Realtor on a complex cross-country move. We originally wanted to build, but with Brittney's help as well as a great builder that she connected us with, we determined that it was a better investment to buy an existing home. With the crazy market that demanded we look at and offer on any home with immediacy, and the fact that we weren't in town, we depended heavily on Brittney to be quickly look at homes, give us her honest thoughts, and do a FaceTime tour with us. After multiple virtual tours and a few offers, we finally found an amazing home that is a great investment. With more complexities in the offer and closing process, Brittney provided experience and guidance, quick responsiveness even at times that weren't convenient for her. We closed on the house, and since then Brittney has continued to help with identifying contractors and service people to help us with making the new home fully ours and ready to be loved.
