Rick Acosta is NOT an agent you want to deal with!! Super Lazy! You will do your own legwork and he gets the credit and the cash. You are mandated to put a star; I wanted to leave it blank! On move-in into your rental he was involved for your signature and that's about it, but super detailed to try to stick you when leaving a rental property. Stay away from this agent and this Remax/Bourne location. He presented a dirty home when I moved in. Had to resolve when I moved in: Cleaning labor to get what needed attention Lawn was not done. Carpet dirty. Lighting issues Plumbing issues Dirty oven and stove Garage left dirty and full of bugs and webs. Meanwhile he had plenty of time to have that ready. Then on my checkout he took about three dozen pics, but had no attention to detail during my move-in. Just trying to stick you for deposits at end of day. Held on to my deposit the entire month to be spiteful because I call it like I see it. Still have not recieved and won't answer my question if he sent my full deposit. This is how lazy people make money in this industry!! He, Rick Acosta, is the definition of a lazy and opportunistic agent!! Isn't that right Big Man??

Denise Liberis was wonderful from the first phone call until AFTER the buying process. She truly had our wants and needs at heart, and went above and beyond every step of the way. She is an excellent communicator, very personable, prompt, and a wonderful person! As out of town buyers, she did things for us to save us multiple trips that wasn’t required of her. We can’t sing enough of her praises and highly recommend her for your real estate needs!

I used Doug Mollenkopf for property management on my house and he was terrible at communication. He took it upon himself to not have the tenants out when I told him and rarely kept me informed of what was happening. I had to get rid of him and got Rick Acosta to try and sell my house. He wasn't much better. He couldn't get things straight on what needed to be repaired before listing the house and flat-out tried to call me a liar about what I told him. As someone who has spent 20 years in the military, law enforcement, and national security, with unquestioned integrity from those who know me, I certainly take offense to that and it's extremely unprofessional. I had to find another agent before it was even listed.
