I've being involved in 6 real estate transactions and Wade was the BEST! I found him online based on him fetching top dollar on other sales. We spoke on the phone, I signed with him immediately and he sold our house for top dollar. I was out of town so didn't meet him in person once, but he handled all the minor repairs, communicating with tenants, he went above and beyond. I am a first time home buyer and had Wade and Morgan recommended to me by a friend. I was extremely impressed by their service in every step of the home buying process. I had no clue what to ask or look for and they were both very helpful in making sure I was getting all of the information I needed. I ended up getting a new build that had several delays and Wade was there every step of the way to make sure things continued as smoothly as possible. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the building and construction process! He was so great that my builder actually asked for his number after he heard all of the questions and points he brought up so he could refer friends to him!
