Michelle and Drake were a joy to work with. They helped my fiance and me navigate buying and selling a home in this crazy house market. When looking at houses they were flexible with our schedules and provided recommendations that aligned with what we were looking for. Once we were ready to make an offer, Michelle and Drake helped us understand all the different parts of an offer and made sure we were being competitive. With their guidance, our very first offer was accepted. Next, we had to sell our current house. Michelle helped us stage the house and made sure it was picture perfect. We received 22 offers in just two days and were able to close in less than two weeks. None of this would have been possible without them.
