ERA Tucker has been my property manager for 10 years now. If they weren't the best I would not have stayed this long. They're charges are on par and even less than the industry standard. They have never, in 10 years, hit me with a hidden fee or have done or said anything misleading. Every decision made is brought to me first and always multiple options are given. Options are always in my best interest. I appreciate Sam and his team very much. I shopped around for 3 months before choosing ERA Tucker, so I can attest that they really are the best bang for the buck.

ERA Tucker served our family for decades. They managed a single-family rental for first my parents and then, following the death of my father, for my mother. She moved from San Antonio to live close to my wife and I in Annapolis, MD. I had to work with ERA Tucker via email and telephone. I always found them to be responsive and professional. After my mom’s death in 2017, ERA Tucker handled the sale of the property for my siblings and me. I have rented with ERA Tucker in the past and have since moved. Since leaving, I haven't had service quite as good as ERA. Most of the rental agencies and property managers have been vultures, but ERA always treated me very well and with the utmost respect. The houses are very nice that they have for rent. You will not be disappointed.
